Our model is a core of your forecasting and reporting needs. It is the “Core” of your modelling requirements (hence the name). You can start in one phase and gradually increase the scope of your model over time. We want you to slowly build out your model as you grow your business. This is why our pricing is done this way, it’s to ensure that if you spend a lot of time scoping now, or if you want to defer that and get the model moving today without fear of paying more down the track, you can always upgrade later.
Determine the number of entities you have. Understand whether you will need customisations and price those.
Customisations will be focused on forecast drivers. Customisations are broken into two separate categories, standard inclusions or customisations. We will allow a selection of five (5) standard inclusions as part of the initial build phase. Any further standard inclusions will be at $250 per inclusion.
Standard inclusions will be drivers that are used generally in modelling.
